If you mean the trial version from autodesk's website, then I'd suggest
that you call your local reseller, who can probably provide you with a
CD with the trial version on it.

AutoCAD 2008 is an old product with obsolete interface - you should be learning the new Ribbon interface pioneered by Microsoft. ;~)

Search Google on the terms AutoCAD 2009 free trial download for the download site.
Students can download modern Autodesk 3D CAD products (no vanilla AutoCAD) for free from http://engineersrule.org

Oh yes, the new Ribbon interface that will delay our upgrade purchases for a good year or three. I'm glad I like ACA 2008, because it will be here for a while.

Yeah looking for bootleg AutoCAD on the Autodesk forums is probably not the best idea.
If they were legitimate students I'm pretty sure they would have given more than "hi give autocad please kthx"
