AutoCAD 2008 Activation resets constandtly

Hi,

I have installed atuocad 2008 on a win7 laptop and it is now constantly asking me to activate the product. I have called support many times and they give me a code, but the next day I am on the phone with them again.

Brand new machine, date is correct, any help would be appreciated

2008 is not supported in Win7.

Is this Win764bit or 32bit? Have you tried to running 2008 in Win7's compatibility mode? Are you logged in as full admin in WIndows?
If you log in as a different user in Windows does the problem go away?

Something is breaking or deleting your flexnet license file.

It's a 64 bit machine. How do you run in win 7 compatibility mode?
