AutoCAD 2007 drawings Tabs

Recently Autodesk sent out a message via the communication center with a link for downloading new drawing tabs. Does anyone know the link for this download or how I can find it? It shows every drawing you have open in a drawings tab across the top of the screen. I have used a program similar to this that I purchased before from Tony Tanzillo if that helps. AutoCAD now has this as a software download if I can find out where to download it. Thanks for the help.

You can find the link to the Autodesk tool here,

but the free one from http://www.caelink.com/ is much better IMO.

Hey, drawing tabs are great when you have alot on the go. When 'ctrl tab' toggles your open drawings..why do you need another way to do this. If you really do require an additional way to do this create a lisp alias toggle using '(arxload) and '(arxunload). This gives quick access to additional screen space or desired access to multiple files.

I suppose for the same reason you can draw a line using:

+ the command line
+ the pull-down menu
+ the screen menu
+ a tablet
+ a tool palette
+ a toolbar button
... etc.

User preference.

"Ctrl tab" is useful until I have a lot of drawings open. "Ctrl tab" is one-way and I might want the drawing just before the current one. With "Ctrl tab" I have to cycle through all of the rest. The Drawing Tabs are nicer. I do admit you lose screen space, but, we just went to the wider flat screens. There is more space than I need. Read Ya Later -KLYPH

You can also use Ctrl-Shift Tab to cycle the opposite direction through the
drawings.

I've set 'taskbar' to <1> - that way you get the tabs along the bottom of the screen and you don't have to have an extra menu line.
