A question about the grips

   Why are the marked grips of objects that are only some circles ,lines and arcs(not  block) to following  far from the objects in highlight?

Is your object a Dynamic Block ?

Not  block！certainly it aren't  Dynamic Blocks

 

Any methods to resolve  it are welcome!
