ToolPalette Background Colour

Our company uses a set of blocks drawn in a range of pastel colours. When these blocks are put onto a tool palette they are very hard to distinguish from the background colour of the palette, is there a way to change the background colour on the palettes to black so that they are easier to see. Jay

The only appearance adjustment that is easily made to the pallette is the transparency, but, that also affects the icons on it, which probably wouldn't help you.
