If you any basic civil skills you should be able to find a benchmark listed
on the abstract.
From there it's just a matter of plotting the coordinates listed to map out
a property. I've come really close in most instances without a survey.
If it's over a boundry dispute save yourself a lot of grief and pay for a
private survey. Then drive the metal stakes below the ground. No need of
sharing, you had to pay, others should as well.
