XP Compatibility guide on the Autodesk web site DOES NOT list any of the 2000
products, therefore, they are NOT supported under Windows XP Home or
Professional.
Question: Is Windows XP listed as one of the supported operating systems
for AutoCAD 2000? Check the side of the box. XP is not listed because it was
not released when 2000 was released. Bill Gates did such a fantastic job with
this new OS that NONE of the 2000 products, nor any other NON-AUTOCAD that
worked in previous operating systems, will work. Just buy 2002 or
2004.
