Using DISPSILH makes obects disappear when plotting.

When using DISPSILH to remove tessalation lines on hidden solids, some objects in the model disappear when plotted. The xrefed model is displayed in a viewport in paperspace and the viewport is set with hideplot on. The view in the viewport is from the top (plan view). I am using the same model xrefed into other drawings with no differences other than vpoint direction in the viewport is from the sides and 3D clipping is used.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Try turning on HIDEPRECISION by setting the sysvar
to 1

Thanks so much! I ran across this problem a few years ago, but could not remember what to do to correct it.
Again, thanks!
