USC ICON& CROSS HAIRS

I have a clients drawing where the cross-hairs
are tilted at an isometric agle in layout space, but
the ucs icon reads at a traditional right angle.
total opposite from model space. how do i
change the cross-hairs back a "new drawing"
traditional right angle?
