Properties dialog box

My co-worker has a problem opening the properties dialog box. He clicks on the properties button, but the dialog box is not display. I think it's opening but hiding somewhere on the screen, and he could not find it. Any one has any idea about this? Thank you

I think you're right - try setting the acad window so it's not maximised and maybe increase the screen resolution. It's probably underneath the Windows task bar.

All else fails, there may be a vba / lisp command that will position the properties window on the screen via code.

this happened to me a while ago after i just upgraded to a dual monitor setup. what happened was i changed the resolution and the dockable window was somewhere off in space.

have a look at the pdf file attached.

there also a few forums on here which have other ways of fixing this problem.
