Properties Box

After working in a drawing for an hour or so, the properties box stops
working. If I continue to work it will go blank in all fields. I found that
if I close the file I'm working in and reopen it the properties box works
for awhile and then stop again. This happens with all files. Anyone else
having this problem? Or know how to fix it.
Thanks
Gerald

I was having the same problem, until it stopped working all together. They say to change the pickfirst system variable to 1, which it is already set to. I don't know, I need it fixed too. I don't want to have to reinstall.

Reinstall did not fix mine. After all the trouble
of removing any mention of acad from the system registry, I thought a new
install would fix it. Practically wiped my harddrive clean and started from
scratch. Might be time to steal the Etch-a-sketch from the kids.

I have the same problem with mdt6. I posted it in
the mdt6 group but never found a solution. Is anyone from adesk reading these. I
know this has been an ongoing problem in previous versions but I don't know that
it has ever been resolved

I have had this problem for about a month, and eventually found the solution in the 2000 Newsgroup. Go to Document TS42573 in the Knowledge Base, from which you can down load a patch called OPMFIX.EXE, it was written for 2000i but it patched mine OK.

Well that didn't work. Any other
ideas?
