Possibly a corrupted file when plotting?

I have a person working on a few drawings basically just to plot them out, but when they plot to the plotter (hp 800ps) sometimes the dwg will print and most of the time it wont the plotter head would just go back and fourth and then just sit there saying its printing but nothing is happening.

Help!!!!!

Most users would assume the problem to be the plotter first, not a file of an application using a driver in an Operating System as the cause. What have you done so far to try and fix it (so the rest of us don't walk you through them again)? -- Dean Saadallah Add-on products for LT http://www.pendean.com/lt --
