Having drawn a polyline and wish to snap to the mid point of a segment of the polyline, I only get the actual mid point of the polyline. How do I change this to get what i want?

Are you sure your Pline portion is a segment?

Dean,

I converted lines into a polyline, and it is the midpoint of one of these individual lines I want.

Cannot reproduce it: can you post a sample file?

I get the same problem it only seems to happen with polylines that include arc segments. However it seems to be erratic. Sometimes it will find the end-points but not the mid-points or it will only snap to one end of the segment but not the other. Any ideas?
