need help with text attribute editing!!!!

so im using autocad 2000i and i need to edit some txt in various blocks, specifically how wide i can make the text. when i go to click on this command icon "wideit" it tells me unknown command. i need to figure out how to maybe get it back or possibly make it again. if anyone has a clue as to what i can do that would be great. can i upload commands from somewhere or whatever. im lost please help!!

There is no "wideit" command in AutoCAD: so you basically are using a third party add-on that is no longer loaded or missing. Find out what that is and where it came from (or if it got left behind when someone moved you to a new computer).

Yea thank you, i figured it out eventually, someone originally created that command and it got lost. i had to find it in my program files and reload it into autocad. Its all good now. thanks for the reply, its much appreciated.
