I don't quite understand the fix or the problem, but I kindof got it all to work.
After installing AutoCAD 2002 in its own folder, I then installed AutoCAD 2000 in
it's own folder. Now they both open and run fine, after spending an hour
reconfiguring each profile to search the same folders etc...
