I don't know, there is a place to set an offset for the origin that you could
check. You know about the BASE command? I never used it in paperspace but in
mspace, BASE moves the 0,0 for xreffing/inserting (probably not). Perhaps you
could post a sample in customer files, it's hard to imagine. Could they have set
the paperspace scale some funny way?
