Fatal Error

I've recently upgraded from A2000 to A2002 and plotting with the HP750c or
Oce driver.

Plot with plotting dialog plot command) and click on "Print Preview" gets
me:

Fatal Error: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x754ce98a Exceptaion at
574ce98ah.

...and kicks me out of AutoCAD.

Clicking on Print Preview on toolbar (not using Plot command) does NOT give
me the fatal error, but displays the preview as expected.

Frank,

Could you please list the specifics of the Oce driver, OS, and PC3 file?

Here you go. OS is Windows 2000, SP1. The problem occurs with both PC3
files.

Thanks Shaan.

Shaan,

I'm sorry, I thought that you could get the info from the attachment.

Non-System Driver - Oce 9400 LV_4.x

Frank,

You did an upgrade to the AutoCAD 2000 directory? I would suggest a clean
install to see if the problem still occurs. I personally recommend when
dealing with applications or an operating system to do a clean installation.
I also tested plotting using the 9400 plotter driver and did not have the
problem.

Sincerely,

I am having a problem opening files and getting the fatal error message:
"Fatal Error: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x40570e1f Exception @
6543dff9h". It seems to only happen on Reflected Ceiling Plans, which leads
me to believe that it may be a bad block in our RCP's. How do I determine
exactly which one?

When I open the drawing, it immediately starts asking me if I "really want
to do this". The weird thing is, it is trying to load Express Tools, but
Express Tools isn't even loaded in my Menuload! Here is a copy of my text
window. If I try to close the drawing after all this, then I get the fatal
error.

We are running Acad 2002 on NT4.0 w/ service pack 6
