DWGPROPS

I am using R-text to create a data stamp for my drawings. I am referencing it to the dwg properties dialog box. Everything seems to work fine except for the last save by command. I do not receive any errors, however, if another user saves the file, it will not update immediately. It seems like if I open the dwgprops dialog box, close it, than save it, it will then update. Does anyone know a way around this?

The LastSavedBy field is not updated unless the 'acsiui.arx'
module has been loaded (this is where the DWGPROPS command
is located). This module is marked 'load-on-demand' instead
of 'load-on-startup'. You probably need to add this module
to your Startup Suite.
