I'm sure you knew this, but for the others in here.
R (vs. ROT) will work prior to insertion (paste, pastespec) as will:
R (rotation angle)
S (scales X,Y,Z)
X (scales X only)
Y (scales Y only)
Z (scales Z only)
PR (Preview Rotate)
PS (Preview X,Y,Z Scale)
PX (Preview X scale)
PY (Preview Y scale)
PZ (Preview Z scale)
I never understood why someone would want to type in more letters to get less
(as all the Preview options simply Previews the inserting object(s) but
reverts back and makes you retype in any non-default values)?
