Converting Cadra drawings to AutoCAD

Hi everyone.

We have a division that is using Cadra software for CAD, I believe that it's
version 10.
They are sending dxf files to another of our division who must scale the
cutting layout by the scale factor of the text in the different views.
The detail part are apparently scaled down to fit the page instead of the
page being scaled up.
Does anyone know anything about this software and how to corectly convert
their drawing files to AutoCAD.
