block: can't insert a right one into my drawing

I create a block for a door in my library drawing, then tried to insert this
door into my another drawing. But no matter how I tried, the process just
didnt' insert a right one. There are sth missing.

What caused this problem?

Rename the block.dwg or what ever you called it to something else. Maybe
door2. It looks like the block is already defined. Or you can use purge to
get rid of the old block definition.

SMR,

At the command prompt type

"Insert"

then

"Door1=Door1"

No spaces around the equal sign...

Any previous definitions of Door1 will be redefined with the new definition.

Also, check to make sure that IF the layers are hardcoded into the block
(rather than drawn on layer 0) AND if any of those layers already exist in
the target drawing, Then make sure that the layer(s) are not off or frozen.
