Autocad Start-up

I get this message when I start up ACAD 2000 under a user in windows 2000 (Failed to update the system registary) and the (Plese try using regedit). This only happens under a user not the administrator. Anyone Know

Has the user Administrator rights to the local
computer ?

He/she must have that.

AutoCAD users need to be logged in as "Power Users".

They don't need to have administrator rights, but as Chip stated they do
need to have at least Power User rights. The only time Administrator rights
are needed for AutoCAD is when you are installing and probably uninstalling
AutoCAD. You may also need them for service packs, but I'm not sure about
that.
