Auto save .bak files to alternate directory from .dwg files

I am looking for a way to automatically save the backup files created during file saves to a directory other than the project directories I use for .dwg files. I know you can disable the backup files under the options menu, but I don't want to completely eliminate them, just do away with the clutter in the project folders. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for the help.

You could just make a batch file that moves all of
your *.bak files to a certain directory.  It could be ran from the
operating system on a nightly basis in the background from a schedule
program.

Just a different idea.

If you have the Express Tools the command is MOVEBAK.
