All viewports zoom extents?

When I activate a viewport when in paperspace all of the viewports zoom extents, I know there is a variable that I need to change to either 0 or 1 but I cannot remember what it is - can anybody tell me? Also is their a way to list all system variables to see when they are set to?

With the command SETVAR, when you use the "?" you
get the list of the variables with their value.

SETVAR Enter variable name or [?]>
