Best work flow for Architect

Greetings,

I am an Architect and have used Autocad and Revit for a long time.

I have a pretty typical work process, pencil sketching -----> Revit -------> CD's; pretty typical.

Now I want to invest the time and energy into learning the rendering or animating or modeling software so that I can create "WOW" presentations that will be presented both digitally and on paper (lets leave plotter quality out of the mix).

I have a model already built in Revit....now I need to make it sing; what should I use next?
