Account troubles, admin help needed.

Hey guys,

I'm having trouble logging in on my usual account...
When I try the lost password link I don't receive an email either (yes, I checked my spam 😉 )

Anyone here have the power to help me get on my old account?
PM me on this one, I'd like to get it sorted out.

Thanks in advance,

M.

Another "poking stick" issue I'm afraid 😉
I'll do the necessary...

This is getting ridiculous.

So my accounts seemed to have been merged... to my old account which wasn't in use anymore.

So this means I have no way of linking my account to the new forum.

Guys, can I please just get my account linked (The one I posted the previous message with) to my autodesk account.

You can delete this one, but can I just get it sorted? It's not funny anymore.

I'm really sorry, I did drop the ball on this one. Just to make sure: you still don't have access to your Midge account, so you created a Midge_s account which you just used to post this. You are still looking to have access to your Midge account, right? I'll send you a PM to sort this out further

I have problem with login to Area.

- I have Area account "Royal Ghost". When I login from main page I use "RGhost77" Autodesk ID as login.

- In Profile page in "Acount Linking" written "Your AREA account Royal Ghost is currently linked to Autodesk Account RGhost77."

- When I choose forums I signed as "RGhost77" but this account doesn't contains my old posts as "Royal Ghost" in this forums.

Please help!

We are currenlty looking into this issue. It will take a few more days before it is fixed

I have moved  your posts from Royal Ghost to RGhost77 so that your posting history appear correctly. When you login you will see that you still appear as RGhost77. You can change that by clicking on 'Edit Accout Information' near your username, then click on the 'Change link' right next to 'User ID' to change your identity back to Royal Ghost

Hey Nicolas,

Thanks for the help.

When I try to change my user ID to Midge it still gives me an error that it's already in use.

But having my post history sorted is fine, I'm not too bothered about the username. 🙂

Cheers,

M.

Like many have posted, I can login to my account but appears that nothing else has carried across from the old Forum.
