Multiple object on path animation

Hello,
Im trying to animate a conveyor belt.
Can't seem to figure it out... ive watched a couple chain and tank tread animations.
Here is a video to explain what is going on

Im trying to animate the path % on the constraint.
This obviously wont work, or im missing something.

I think what you need is 'deform by curve' not cns.

What kind of conveyor belt did you try to do ? The belt one or the kind with lot of small parts connected together ?
