I've watched so many tutorials 'bout facial animation, and the problem is that they are all working on a separate head, there's no body,,,
cuz what what i wanna do, is importing facial animation from Motion Builder and apply some animations on the entire body with this facial animation or even animating in Motion Builder.
when make blendshapes for the face with the entire body and apply them, I get deformations for the whole body.

Okay...it looks like your settings in the Blendshape setting is not correct.
You may try to switch the "deformation order" in advanced tab of Blendshape option to "Front of Chain" instead of the "Default". With this option, Maya will evaluate the blendshape first and then skeleton skinning, so that your facial expression will follow exactly what you are expected rather than being affected by the skinning deformation.
