Deformation of model when rotating bones (2010)

I'm attempting to port my Roblox playermodel to Source Filmmaker. I opened the OBJ into 3DS Max 2010, skin-wrapped a skeletal rig onto the mesh, and it works good. I fixed up the bone weights on the arms, and the head, but the legs are... attached to each other. I have been trying for the past 2 and a half-hours on which bone weights do I edit, and both legs weren't working. I checked the torso, but it isn't working either. I want help on to know which vertices are conflicting. If I am needed to add a download link, I will supply.

It looks like you connected the two legs together at one point, so if you can, find where they are, and disconnect them. It looks like it's at the bottom. Trial and error seems to be the way to go about this.
