1) Some times Layers won't work "Visible" toggle
2) while rotating the model looks like bit shaking
3) some times "Toggle single Hotkeys" automatically switched off.
4) whenever I open new file, the previously opened file shows all layers "visible", even though if i make few layers "Visible" off.
currently i am using 2009 version,
can somebody help me to resolve these problems

You must not create a new layer before copy&paste. Use copy, create a new layer and paste then. Or install Studio 2009 SP1.
Since i use this SP1 c&p works ok.
#2 happens to me, when some camera-value is set to high values. Im not sure, I think ist the clipping plane. Set the far value to a value closer to your objects. Or try a "look at all objects"
