Rotation and Scaling doesnt work right any more

Hello,

I am working with Alias and suddenly I have got big software errors. I ve reinstalled Alias but nothing worked.

When I scale the objects they dont scale uniformly any more and when i rotate in the left view only in one axis, my curve deforms in the other axis. What could be the reason for that. Kind of very frustating because such things shouldnt happen in a CAD software. I mean I copied the objects in my watch and it resulted that my watch wasnt horizantally any more.

I have recreated the curve and rotation worked right, but I can remember that I tried yesterday to create curves to scale them uniformally it didnt work right. If someone has had the same problem I would be very thankful if there is a solution or explanation for the error.
