Revolve tool -> 'sections' missing!

Hi,

I´m using the 2011 student version of Alias, but I don´t think that´s the troublemaker...

In the pic I´ve attached you can see that when I would like to use the 'revolve-tool' that I´m not given the old Option: 'sections' with it´s slider!

So... where is it gone ?!

Do students have to deal only with 4 sections now, or what am I missing ?! ^^

alright...

I think this Forum isn´t frequented that much, so...

I found the answer lately by myself:

It´s all about the "rational flags" options, in the construction-options menue.

If you put on something like: Solidworks as a preset, you get those kinda constrains, just put on user-defined and strike out the ration-flags!

Yes does not look much frequented.

THanks a lot for your solution though. I had the same problem recently, I solved the problem resetting my preference but I had no idea where the problem was coming from.

Sometime Alias has been made really weird.
