"screen controller failed and recovered" when using alias

Hi!

Well, it's been a long time since i have been suffering this problem but now i really need alias on my laptop (before i used to work while at universty) and the problem is that after 2-3 minutes using alias the software freezes, the scrren goes black for a couple of seconds and then i receive a message from Windows (I use Windows 7) saying "screen controller AMD failed and recovered" but Alias won`t work so i can just close it.

I have tried several things for solving this issue, updated controller, tried to change configuration of the graphic cards (dont know really how to make alias to work with the dedicated AMD card instead of the Intel if that is the problem...) and tried installing the newest version of Alias to see if this solved the problem... no luck

So, here I am, does anybody know what the problem can be? and if there is any solution?

By the way, the graphic card is an AMD Radeon (TM) HD 6470M
