Map a Label to a Shader for Hardware Shade

It's been a while since I've needed to map a Label to a shader.  Can anyone share thier currrent best practices for mapping a label to a shader when working with Hardware Shade?

Hello,

 

You can create a layered shader, the first one is the material the secont the decal. Please note that the image you want to use has to have an alpha channel.

if the decal is the wrong way just invert it ( select the texture and in the effect tap you will find the invert button)
