How do you make two separate surfaces one surface in Alias Design?

I'm currently working on a sports watch I found in a tutorial online but I've gotten stuck at the point where I need to attach the upper part of the watch to the wrist strap. In order to do this I need to align the top portion of the watch to the strap but I cant do this because the upper is two separate surfaces. My question is how do I make these two surfaces one? I've provided the attachment below, thanks in advance.

p.s. This has been driving me nuts!

Hi,

You don't !

How it is, is how it should be.

Good luck!

Hey Kdouglas

Depending of the quality of surface that you intend to build I do not recommend you to do it as it will create spans on surface.

But here it goes.

Palette > Surfaces > Combine Surface... Robot wink

Enjoy
