Hot keys not working

Hi all,

   I have set up all the hotkeys and short cuts and saved also in userprefs. but still they do not work for some reason.

Also tried to restart alias but same issue.

Also some body help me how to set CV off/on  as shortcut.

Hit "Tab" to switch to hot key mode. Otherwise you will just be typing in the history/promptline.
