Hi Alex,

If I understand well, you are working on the A-Surface Shape of this car and now you would like to know how to start this kind of 3D modelling grill, right?

If yes, you need probably first to draw one polygone 6 sides in 2D and duplicate to match with the original shape...

It is very interesting subjet, cause their are a plenty of workflow to doing that, from sketch to Class A...

Question:

What do you want to do with this grill? Rendering / Milling or Production?

And how long time you think spend on it? 30 minutes / 2 hours or 1 week? 

This is important before explain one or two workflow...

The purpose of this Projekt is just rendering, and I am willing to spend any amount of time to get it looking good.

So please explain the workflow you see fit for this 🙂
