Blend Curves

Hi,

Which is best to create to A Class surface ( Blend Curves or CV curves)
What is the degree to set for curves ( Blend Curves or CV curves) to create A class surface
how to close the blend curve with out breaking history...
how to offset without breaking curves or surfaces, like we do in rhino all other 3d software's.

Kindly answer for any of the above questions or all of them... Thanks in advance

A curve is a curve... depending on the application and what you are trying to do either can be considered usable for "Class A" surface. What makes them "Class A" is there shape.

As for the degree you should set the blend curve to will also depend of what you are trying to accomplish. I will assume here that you are trying to make a primary or secondary transition between two surfaces. For this you may find it fastest to use the blend curve as it allows and creates some basic alignment and scale automatically. But you can also do the same with any curves by using different tools. For most cases a 5th degree blend curve will provide all the control you need for a smooth transition.

Can you elaborate on the questions about how to close a blend curve without breaking history and offset without breaking the curve? I don't understand what you're asking here.
