Alias Shade/Render improvements

Hey Alias people, read this.

I'm tired of people drooling over Bunkspeed. I'm also tired of seeing how the Alias software renders compared to Vray. So here's my solution:

Hardware Shade: add real-time reflections, self-casting shadows, and super-soft ground shadows like Bunkspeed.

Software Render: Make it look like Vray, or else take it out.

Thats it.
