Alias Design - paint workflow issues with MS Surface PRO 3

hello,

wondering if anyone has any experience running alias design 2015 on an MS surface pro 3. the 3D modeling works very well, no issues working with wire models. i'm having issues trying to get pressure sensitivity in the stylus when in the paint workflow. I have tried the base graphics driver that the tablet comes with, the Ntrig wintab driver (resolved photoshop pressure sensitivity), and also the Intel drivers that were recently released. no luck with any of them. 

i am aware of sketchbook pro and sketchbook designer, but would personally like to get Alias Design to work..

if anyone's got any ideas please let me know!
