Alias Crashes while launching

Alias will launch, allow you to select Design Studio or Surface Studio then allow you to select General or Paint and after that it will pop up an error report every time. I tried to uninstall/reinstall and repair and neither will do the trick. I think we can rule out a problem with the network due to it opening on other machines.

Any one have any ideas what would make this happen?

check windows logs....Start>Programs>Accessories>EventViewer
click on system, keep the window ope, relaunch alias and check the error messages.
post them here, but in general the best is to call Autodesk costumer service

i have the same problem and i dont know what to do please tell some solution, i dont know if was that i put some image hdri in carpet shaders then in enviroments after that my alias wont work anymore.
