granite error message

I keep getting an error message of -1073741515 when I try and export a granite file (.g) from alias?

anyone on here that can help me resolve this issue?

still have never heard back from alias on this issue.

We have tested this in Alias 2017 SP1 and it appears to work. Would you be able to retry with the service pack 1?
