E-Mail Project members

It would be nice if there was a way via the A360 Project interface to send an e-mail to everyone within the project, or at least e-mail individuals from the interface.

That is a cool idea, and I'll take it back to the product team to add it to the backlog.  

Until then, there is already today way (albeit a bit hidden) to use email to submit an alert to all project members or send content to a project.

First - click "Settings" from the Project Homepage:

Next - Choose "Post by Email":

You will see there are 2 unique email addresses for the project.  One to send content, and one to message all the project members.  If you add these to your email contacts...it becomes pretty convenient to get stuff into the project or message all the proejct members without having to fire up your browser.
