recent hang with animated mechanism

was working on this (link at bottom) tonight, towards the end the program became quite erratic, kept cutting off from cloud then on again. and so on. not sure if it was memory or servers .

Hi Mat,

Are you working in Fusion or A360? I see it's a public link and was able to click on it and rotate and explode the model with no problems. You could have just ran out of resources on your system, or even lost connectivity someplace between your location and the cloud servers. Here are a couple of suggestions you can try.

Reboot your system and then verify that you have internet access. Then see if you can access the model again and if you can reproduce the issue.

Try clearing your browser cache and see if that makes any difference as well.

I don't see any reported maintenance or outages from last night, so it should be working at least from our end. And it's working fine for me. Give the suggestions a try and let us know how this goes.
