Not Working

i have uploaded a rvt file and a dwfx file and neither one seems to be working. i have tried on my PC and my tablet. Am i not doing something correctly?

Meaning that they do not upload or that you cannot view them?  Sometimes it takes awhile for the server to process them and allow them to be viewable.

Hi James,

Just wanted to check back and see if your Revit and DWF files are viewable yet. As Jay posted, it can take some time for them to be viewable. If you are still not able to view these files can you let us know how long it has been and if you are willing to share the files with us. That way we can check it on our end.
