Not receiving email notifications for uploads from A360

Hi,

I stopped receiving mail notification to my email for uploads to A360 recently.

I reviewed the forum and went to the settings and saw the feature was on. BUT I noticed none of the boxes were checked.  So I checked them all.

Now I receive notifications for one folder, but not the rest. I do not think I can adjust them individuality like before?

Any suggestions? Looks like A360 fixed a problem similar to mine on their end.

Hi Amy,

Yes, the Settings in the Admin Panel control hub wide notifications to be on or off, along with the specific options.

Then you need to go to each project and then select the "FOLLOW" option at the top right of the project page, shown below to enable you receiving your notifications for each project.
