Revit 2013 version cannot login to render 3D picture

Why I cannot use my softwear login Autodesk 360 to render my 3D picture on the internet?

Hi @Clara0424,

Welcome to the Community. 

Try to log-in directly to the Autodesk 360 Rendering site and see if you are able to access it: https://gallery.autodesk.com/a360rendering. You should be able to log-in to the site to be able to render from the product as well.

After which, try accessing rendering from your software once again to see if you can now perform the action from there.
