Wiretap Central Output Default Preset

Hello!

Thanks in advance for any replies.

When exporting a clip from WTC, in the Output Settings tab I can save my quality and output width as a preset.  If I name the preset "Default" it will automatically load for the next several sessions.

My problem is that at some point, I would guess an hour or 2 later, the Default preset is gone and no longer loads.  Does rebooting the Flame discard all saved presets?  What could cause my saved presets to be deleted?  I am the only one in my office that uses WTC. 

Anyone else experience this? 

WTC 2013.2.2 Build 2179 on HP Z800.

Follow up.

Joel at Autodesk support helped me out.  The bookmarks and presets are saved as cookies.  You have to make sure you browser does not delete cookies at the end of a session.
