Dare I assume that you accessed this forum using the Help menu in WiretapCentral? If so, the full documentation is available two menu items up from the Forums item in the Help menu. 🙂
If you haven't installed WiretapCentral, you can find the documentation alongside the installer on the DVD.
Correct. It should be on the DVD from the 2009 release. The extension version (2009x1) is also available for download. Subscription customers should have received an official notice with a download location.
