vla-get-blocks failed: ActiveX Server returned an error: Element not found

; error: ActiveX Server returned an error: Element not found

This problem is quite similar to:

http://discussion.autodesk.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=627125&tstart=3105

I don't know what program may have been installed that might have caused this... but would you suppose a repair install would solve this issue.

I already did (vl-load-com)... and all the other activex methods work fine...
also, ran my code on another machine with the same drawing... no problem. This only happens on one machine... all the others are fine.

???
